The Power of Speaking from the Heart

When we speak with pure intention and genuinely mean what we say, others can feel our heartfelt intentions and will feel comfortable and safe enough to open up to us. The heart is a powerful and mystical organ, and it's vital to speak with love and intention from the heart. Its really understandable that it can be difficult at times. I've found myself getting hot-tempered and using curse words out of anger. However, taking a moment to breathe, relax, and calm down is so important, as using curse words won't help anything. It's crucial that our words towards others are not used in a mean, hostile way, as our body and cells can sense that negative energy. The universe can send that negativity back to us, affecting us on all levels, especially our hearts. Our hearts can feel the impact of the words we express, even if they were intended for someone else. Words and emotions hold immense power, and when used in a negative way, they can affect both the person sending that negativity and the one receiving it. It's essential to understand that we are all interconnected, and that what we do or say to others ultimately impacts ourselves. This is why speaking lovingly and compassionately from the heart and having empathy for others is incredibly important.
