Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery time depends on your location and can take anywhere from 6 to 12 business days.
Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties & Taxes
IdenticalEternalsuns is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Please understand that we are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses and delivery failures, the customers are responsible for making sure the address is correct before placing the order and being present on the delivery date, as we will not refund shipping fees for insufficient shipping addresses or returned shipments.
LOST OR MISPLACED ORDERS
Please note we are not responsible for any packages lost or misplaced
in transit by carrier. Once your package has been dropped off/picked up by
carrier, we are not held accountable for the events that take place after. No
refunds will be issued if a package is lost or misplaced in transit. Please contact
USPS and Priority Mail to initiate a missing mail search request.
MULTIPLE ITEMS ORDERED
Art by IdenticalEternalsuns fulfillment varies. Please note that some items may arrive in separate packages due to fulfillment location and or item measurement. If you have received some of the items you ordered and not others, please know that they are not lost or forgotten. All orders processed will be shipped out no worries :)
