How can I check my order status?

Once you have completed your order...(we appreciate you so much by the way) You will receive an email notifying when your items have shipped out along with a tracking number. With your tracking number you will be able to track your items with USPS if you have an account with the carrier. You can also download Shop app to track your package sucessfully.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You will get a confirmation email from us of the order you just purchased. We kindly ask you to wait at least 5 minutes to make sure confirmation number loads processes through the email. Please check your spam mail as well just in case :)

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for any orders that were damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without an actual receipt of the order or proof of received return delivery. If there is no receipt, it's a non-returnable item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If an item that you ordered were damaged or not the correct item you purchased then it can be returned.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like commissioned artworks and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Where are your products sourced/made?

All of our artworks are specifically made in California United States of America.
What art materials do you use?
expand_more
We mostly use Heavy Body Golden acrylics, Liquitex BASICS, and Artists Loft paint for our artworks.
For mixed media projects we incorporate various materials in our works such as, rhinestones, jewelry wire, wood, rainbow film, Swarovski crystals, canvas fabric etc.
We also use Artist loft paintbrushes, Royal & Langnickel, or any good paintbrush we can find :)
Do you accept commissions?

How do I care for embellished canvas paintings, and mixed media art.?

Please make sure when unwrapping the packaging to be very gentle. Some art pieces are very delicate. Make sure to place your art piece is in a safe place and secure where it wont get damaged.
